Visit From Assemblywoman Blanca Rubio

June 9, 2017

Cutting through the red tape at the DMV was one topic that was discussed with California 48th District Assemblywoman Blanca Rubio on her recent visit to Ted Johnson Propane.  The DMV commercial driver’s license driving tests are back logged several months and if an applicant fails the first time, they go to the back of the line. AB-301 could be the vehicle “pun intended” for relief. This bill effects all delivery and trucking companies throughout the State.

Ms Rubio is a freshman with the potential for a 12 year term.  We were happy to meet with her and discuss the many used of propane.

Thank you again to Assemblywoman Rubio and field rep, Veronica Lopez for meeting with us.
