“I used to use another propane distributor and we have over thirty propane powered trucks; a nice healthy account. We paid our bills weekly on line via credit card. Sometimes their driver missed our scheduled day of delivery and that would place us in a tight spot; it was a crap shoot of when they would show up. The last straw occurred when they missed a delivery and the driver thought enough to tell us that they put a hold on our account for non-payment. I opened up our portal and saw we had nothing outstanding. I called customer service and was told, "yes there was something outstanding that placed the account on hold," and they would be out when they had an open slot. I was never told what invoice or when or how long. We ran out of propane. I called Ted Johnson and they were able to service us and set our account seamlessly. Ted Johnson's service actually saved us money as well. When I need something they are always there to assist and I can always speak to someone courteous. My old vendor was a very large distributor and frankly did not hold a candle to Ted Johnson's dedication to service.”
